Account access
Verify your registration email, use a unique password and use password recovery if you lose access. Account creation and sign-in may require a security check. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed. Support may review account activity to protect legitimate farmers, but internal anti-abuse criteria are not public documentation.
Farm verification
Complete security checks in the game when requested. Do not run external gameplay automation or try to call game operations outside the interface. CXL Premium’s supplied Auto Cropper is the supported automation system. Verification does not exempt an account from the one-account or provider rules.
Shop purchase delivery
CXL purchases deliver to the correctly linked game account after confirmed payment. “Delivering” means a delivery is still being attempted, not that you should pay again. Keep the order ID, payment time and transaction ID for support. Check the linked game identity before buying companion slots, trees or seeds. Never post sensitive payment or account information in public chat.
