Connect your farm step by step
- Open CXL Games → Connected Accounts → CryptoCrops.
- Choose Link account, give the farm a label and generate a one-time link code.
- Open CryptoCrops → Account while signed in to the farm you intend to use.
- Paste the temporary link code into the connection form and confirm before its 20-minute expiry.
- Check that both sites show the intended linked farm.
Your CXL login and farm login are separate accounts. Merely using the same email or being signed in on both sites does not replace linking. CXL never needs your game password to connect a farm. Do not post a link code in public chat.
What linking enables

A CXL Wallet balance, CXL Shop Credit, CXL Points, Farm Coins and Harvest Credits are different balances. Shop credit pays for eligible purchases; loyalty points redeem listed rewards; Farm Coins buy game upgrades; settled Harvest Credits follow the game’s withdrawal rules. Linking does not convert every balance into freely withdrawable crypto.

Open CXL Account → Loyalty Rewards, choose the CryptoCrops reward and check its displayed point cost and linked destination before redeeming. The points are spent; the Farm Coins are delivered to the linked farm. Live reward availability and the account dashboard take precedence if the catalog changes. Retrying a pending delivery does not create an additional entitlement.
Purchase and connection troubleshooting
Check Recent shop purchases on the CXL account dashboard. Awaiting payment, preparing delivery, delivering now, delivered and needs attention describe different stages. Do not pay again simply because delivery is pending. Keep the order ID, payment amount and time, and any payment transaction reference for private support.
If Premium works on CXL but not on the farm, confirm the connected farm identity and Premium expiry first. Refresh both account pages. A purchase on the wrong CXL account or an unlinked account does not automatically apply to this farm. Contact support if the link is correct and delivery remains missing.
