CryptoCropsInformation we collect
We collect the email address, farm name, password hash, account and session records you provide. We also process gameplay activity, rewards and transaction records, CXL account-link status, support messages, IP address, device and browser information, and security logs.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and recover your account and farm.
- Calculate game progress, league placement, Harvest Pools, and partner rewards.
- Prevent fraud, duplicate credits, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Provide support, service messages, and legally required notices.
- Measure reliability and improve CryptoCrops.
Partners and service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, and email infrastructure. CXL Games services may process linked-account and reward-delivery data. CPX Research and future earning partners process activity you choose to start with them under their own policies. We share only the data needed to operate, secure, or fulfill the feature.
Cookies and local storage
CryptoCrops uses essential session and guest identifiers to keep you signed in and connect requests to the correct farm. These are required for the service. Partner pages may use their own technologies after you choose to open them.
Retention and security
We keep account and reward records while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Expired sessions and one-time recovery tokens are periodically removed. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, one-way password hashing, signed partner callbacks, and audit records to reduce risk.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Contact support@cryptocrops.net. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
Children
CryptoCrops is not intended for children under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as features or providers change. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
