Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and use only accounts you control. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Game items and balances
Seeds, fertilizer, Farm Coins, Harvest Points, Harvest Credits, cosmetics, and other game items are limited, revocable permissions within CryptoCrops. Farm Coins are gameplay currency and are not withdrawable. They have no cash value unless a specific published rule states otherwise.
Rewards
Reward eligibility, calculations, exclusions, and availability are governed by the Rewards Rules. We may correct calculation errors, reverse invalid partner credits, withhold suspicious rewards, and require verification before delivery.
Acceptable use
Do not automate gameplay, exploit bugs, create duplicate or deceptive accounts, manipulate offers or surveys, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, launder value, or attempt unauthorized access. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support.
Partners
Surveys, offers, advertisements, wallets, and third-party services have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, qualification decisions, content, or outages.
Suspension and changes
We may limit or suspend access to protect players, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Features, economies, and availability may change. We will avoid retroactively taking valid earned rewards except to correct errors, reversals, fraud, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
CryptoCrops is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, eligibility for any third-party offer, a particular reward value, or future funded withdrawals. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
