What is an offerwall chargeback?
A chargeback is a provider reversing an earlier reward after review. It is different from a reward that is still pending and different from withdrawing crypto. A reversal means the original completion is no longer accepted for that reward.
Possible provider reasons include unmet offer requirements, disqualified activity, duplicate or repeat completions, an advertiser cancellation, or a payment refund where payment was required. These are examples, not an accusation against every player with a reversal. Only the provider can explain the reason for a specific offer.
What changes on your farm
| Part of the reward | Effect of a valid reversal |
|---|---|
| Farm Coins | The original credited coin amount, including its recorded reward bonuses, is deducted |
| Already-spent coins | Your coin balance can become negative; spending coins does not prevent a reversal |
| Eligible earning Farm XP | Related sponsored-earning XP/progress can be adjusted |
| Coin-earning mission progress | Related qualifying earning progress can be reduced |
| Farm Frenzy earning milestones | Related eligible coin totals can be reduced |
| Referrer bonus | The associated referral reward can also be reversed |
Example: if an offer originally credited 110 total Farm Coins and you spent 80, you have 30 left. Reversing that 110-coin reward leaves −80 Farm Coins, not zero. A new farm or new email is not a valid way to avoid the adjustment.
Why the same notice should not deduct twice
A reversal belongs to its original provider transaction. Receiving or retrying the same provider notice should not create another unrelated deduction. If you believe you were deducted more than the original reward, keep both references and report the discrepancy privately to support.
How to dispute a chargeback
- Find the original offer and transaction in the provider’s activity history.
- Read its stated requirements and rejection/reversal explanation.
- Gather the original completion proof, dates and reward reference.
- Use the provider’s official support or appeal channel.
- If the provider confirms an error or says the farm received a correction, share that confirmation privately with CryptoCrops support.
Do not publish account/payment details or try to resubmit provider notices yourself. A support ticket does not guarantee an appeal will succeed, and a later status message alone is not a promise of automatic restoration.
